GFORCE HEROES, INC. is a nonprofit therapy organization founded by a military family with a deep passion for serving those who serve. We are committed to providing trauma-informed therapy—individual, couples, family, and group—for veterans, first responders, and their loved ones.

We understand the emotional weight carried by those in uniform and the families who stand beside them. Through compassionate care, clinical expertise, and a heart for service, we help restore connection, resilience, and purpose.

In collaboration with 85th Legacy Family Consulting, LLC, we connect clients with additional support services when needed—including coaching and leadership development—so that every family can access the tools they need to thrive.
Our Story
At GFORCE HEROES, INC., our journey begins with service—and a simple truth: the people who protect our country and communities often carry invisible wounds, and too few places truly understand how to help.

Founded by U.S. Army veteran Marilyn Garza and U.S. Marine Corps veteran Joe Garza, this mission is deeply personal. We've lived the transitions, the strain on families, and the silent sacrifices that come with a life of service. We saw the gaps in care—and knew something had to change.

That calling became our mission: to provide trauma-informed therapy grounded in both clinical skill and lived experience. What began as a vision is now a growing community dedicated to helping heroes heal—not just from trauma, but toward wholeness.
We believe strong relationships and healthy families are the foundation of resilience. Through our partnership with 85th Legacy Family Consulting, LLC, we also connect clients with additional support services like coaching and leadership development—extending the impact of our care beyond the therapy room.

Our vision is rooted in the belief that no hero—or their family—should ever feel forgotten, discarded, or left to navigate life’s challenges alone. We seek to break the cycles of isolation, unaddressed trauma, and relational strain that too often shadow the lives of those who serve. By creating accessible pathways to healing, growth, and wellness, we aim to redefine what life after service can look like: whole, healthy, and hopeful.

A Note from the Founders
We didn’t start GFORCE HEROES, INC. because it was a good idea—we started it because it was necessary. As a military family, we’ve seen up close what service does to the mind, body, and spirit. We’ve lived the long nights, the silent struggles, and the overwhelming feeling of being strong for everyone else while carrying your own invisible weight.

This organization was born out of our shared belief that healing doesn’t happen by accident—it happens in community, with care that’s grounded in real experience and clinical excellence. We created GFH to be the kind of place we wish existed when we needed it most: a place where Veterans, First Responders, and their families can be seen, heard, and helped without shame or red tape.
